Purchase Engraved Pavers to Honor Veterans at CT State Veterans Memorial

The Veterans’ Affairs Committee of the legislature contacted me with information about ordering engraved granite pavers to be incorporated into the new Connecticut State Veterans Memorial at Minuteman Park in Hartford and I wanted to pass it along to you.

Connecticut State Veterans Memorial

 

On April 22, 2013, ground was broken for the Connecticut State Veterans Memorial at Minuteman Park in Hartford, Connecticut, which will be located across from the William A. O’Neill State Armory and the Legislative Office Building.

As the construction phase of the project moves along everyone is welcome to be part of this monumental and memorable event.

From now through July 4, 2013, we are offering you the opportunity to purchase a 12” x 6” x 2.5” granite paver to honor a Veteran for $150 each while supplies last.

After July 4, the price of this paver will be $250 per paver.

 

PAVER ENGRAVING-ORDER INFORMATION

 

Your Veteran’s name, rank and military service can be engraved on the paver.

Each paver will hold up to three lines of 15 characters each, including spaces.

Not all lines or spaces need to be filled.

All pavers are engraved in upper case block letter style.

All verbiage will be approved by Connecticut State Veterans Memorial.

The cost is $150 for each engraved paver (price valid through July 4, 2013)
