State Representatives Rosa Rebimbas and David Labriola didn’t have to earn merit badges but that didn’t stop them from having lunch with a dozen Boy Scouts from Naugatuck Troop 109 during a visit to Camp Mattatuck in Plymouth recently.  The legislators were invited for lunch and a tour of the Scout facility which features several lakes for swimming, sailing and fishing, miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, classrooms, rifle, shotgun, BB and archery ranges and other activities.
