First, I want to personally wish everyone a happy, healthy, and safe holiday season! The New Year is right around the corner, and as we all prepare our resolutions and celebrations, it’s important to prepare for what new laws will define 2024 from early voting, to expanding the “bottle bill”, to implementing the most recent state budget agreement for Fiscal Year 24-25.

(MILFORD) — Last week, the Connecticut Housing Advisory Committee announced funding allocations for several non-profits that provide shelter and housing resources for refugees, the homeless, victims of domestic violence, and more. In their announcement, Milford’s Beth-El Center was awarded $10,000 to support their mission to serve in-need residents of the Greater New Haven area.
