I want to wish you all a happy and healthy New Year! Before we get caught up in preparing for the 2024 Legislative Session which begins on February 7th, I want to take this opportunity to share a newly developed program that hits home for me and for many of us.

In December, the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter partnered with the CT State Police to create the “Bring Me Back Home” (BMBH) registry. The goal: locate and return any missing or wandering residents

Milford’s Beth-El Center Receives IOREBTA Funding

(MILFORD) — Last week, the Connecticut Housing Advisory Committee announced funding allocations for several non-profits that provide shelter and housing resources for refugees, the homeless, victims of domestic violence, and more. In their announcement, Milford’s Beth-El Center was awarded $10,000 to support their mission to serve in-need residents of the Greater New Haven area.

Applications for this funding were submitted to the Housing Advisory Panel who collaborates with the CT Housing Finance
