Hartford, CT – This morning, State Representative Joe Hoxha appeared on The Gary Byron Show on Talk of Connecticut to address concerns about legislative Democrats’ efforts to remove the state’s fiscal guardrails—a move he warns could lead to uncontrolled government spending.
“As a member of the Appropriations Committee, which is responsible for overseeing how taxpayer dollars are allocated, I am deeply concerned about the potential consequences of removing these critical fiscal protections,” said Rep. Hoxha. “Legislative Democrats appear to be at odds with Governor Lamont’s budget and are not committed to maintaining the safeguards that protect taxpayers from reckless spending.”
