The ‘smart crime’ policies of the Democrat party and Governor Lamont have every homeowner wondering if the criminals have been emboldened knowing there no consequences to their brazen illegal activity,” State Rep. Greg Howard, Ranking Member of the Public Safety and Securitysaid. “We have a plan that would punish these criminals that terrorize our neighborhoods on a daily basis and blatantly flaunt the current legal system.
