After learning about a program at The Community Action Agency of Western CT to provide for new families, I wanted to help out! You can join me in purchasing diapers and donating them in front of the new Big Y in Brookfield this Friday, 8/16, from 10am to Noon. I’ll then drop them off at CAAWCT for distribution! Thank you in advance for helping & I look forward to seeing you there!
The Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut, which serves 20,000 people in the region. Clients can come to CAAWC for help with SNAP, Husky, job searches, ESL classes, CNA training, and Danbury Works programming, among others. CAAWC also provides energy assistance through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and operates a childcare center.
