In a press release Governor Lamont announced updated virus totals and other measures regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

Information for Restaurant Owners

The Department of Consumer Protection announced updated regulations for restaurants that want to serve alcohol outside. The Patio, Extension of Use, Ans/or Additional Consumer Bar Application has more detail.

There is NO CHARGE for this application
The form must be reviewed and approved by local officials, specifically:
- Zoning
- Fire marshal
- Local health
Electronic signatures will be accepted from the local officials
Provide a sketch of the proposed outdoor service area- provided to and approved by local officials
If already applied or approved for patio approval- NO NEED TO REAPPLY
