SNAP recipients who lost food due to the recent storm and subsequent power outages, can request replacement benefits by contacting DSS.
To request replacement benefits, SNAP recipients must call the DSS Benefit Center at 1-855-626-6632 to report the food loss, or download, fill out and mail the w-1225 and w-1226 forms to the scanning center prior to September 3, 2020.
