    Rep. Criag Fishbein was able to take a brief break from debate on the House floor to congratulate the winners of the Eversource EESmarts Student Contest during a ceremony at the Capitol.

    According to the Eversource website, “eesmarts™ is an energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy learning initiative funded by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund. The vision of eesmarts is to facilitate students’ understanding of the science, math and technology related to clean, renewable energy and electricity in order to create an energy-efficient ethic among all school-age students in Connecticut.”
