    I just wanted you to know that on Saturday, November 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Hartford HealthCare volunteers will offer medical exams, podiatry services and more to our most vulnerable communities at no charge and with no insurance required. The one-day mission also provides eyeglasses, winter coats, haircuts and other necessities.

    To make it easier for patients, there are 5 regions and 7 locations throughout the state, including New Britain, Meriden, Norwich, Willimantic, Bridgeport, Hartford and Torrington.

    Last year, 1,862 volunteers served 2,239 individuals.
