Today, I’m speaking with State Rep. David Rutigliano who represents the 123rd District of Trumbull. Rep. Rutigliano is in his seventh term and serves as Ranking Member on the General Law Committee, and as a member of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee, the Judiciary Committee, and the Executive and Legislative Nominations Committee.
