Rep. Delnicki Takes Oath of Office to Begin New Term

HARTFORD- State Rep. Tom Delnicki (R-14) was officially sworn-in for a new term as State Representative for the 14th General Assembly District which encompasses the town of South Windsor.
Rep. Delnicki said, “Thank you, South Windsor. I am truly honored to serve my wonderful community for another two-year term. As I took the oath today, my first thought was how I have South Windsor’s back and they have mine!”
Delnicki along with his House Republican colleagues have been fighting for a middle-class income tax cut for over a year and were encouraged by the governor’s call for income tax relief in his opening day speech.
Delnicki also expressed gratitude to House Repulbican Leader Vincent Candelora for appointing him to the 2023-24 leadership team an Assistant Republican Leader for the new term. As an Assistant Leader, Delnicki will be taking on more responsibilities and having a greater role in implementing the House Republican caucus agenda aimed at middle class tax relief.
