Rep. Delnicki Honors South Windsor Eagle Scout

HARTFORD – This past weekend State Rep. Tom Delnicki (R-South Windsor) joined Boy Scout Troop 2, Mayor Mirek, along with family and guests to honor Austin Gore, who earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

During the Eagle Court of Honor, Delnicki presented Austin with a citation on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly, in recognition of his accomplishment.

“I’d like to offer my sincere congratulations to Austin on his impressive achievement. To earn the rank of Eagle Scout takes commitment and determination. Austin and his team put in countless hours of hard work in our community. His project was the beautification of Jacob’s View at My Friend’s Place, South Windsor’s boundless playground. I commend Austin on his perseverance and dedication, and wish him much success,” said Delnicki.
