HARTFORD – Delnicki (South Windsor) testified during the legislature’s Transportation Committee regarding House Bill 6049, AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL INSPECTIONS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT APPARATUS. Delnicki was joined by Richard Hart (left), a representative of the Uniformed Professional Firefighters Association of Connecticut (UPFFA). The proposal awaits further action.
