    SOUTH WINDSOR – State Rep. Tom Delnicki (R-14) joined PRO Health Chiropractic Center on Thursday, January 12, for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of a new facility located on Sullivan Avenue in South Windsor.

    “It was great to see such a warm welcome for this local business as they moved to their new home on Sullivan Avenue in South Windsor,” said Rep. Delnicki.
