Eversource completed their work at the Barber Hill Substation back in October 2018. As you may recall, I shared an update on the project last October after I had an opportunity to tour the facility. The noise reduction was evident. I have attached the report should you want to read it.
The Barbour Hill Substation was found to comply with the applicable State of Connecticut and Town of South Windsor sound level limits after installation of the sound walls.
