GREENWICH, CT – Rep. Tina Courpas, R-Greenwich, recently served as a guest reader for Read Across America month at Round Hill Nursery School.
Rep. Courpas visited the school where she read to two classes at Round Hill Nursery School, which her children also attended.
The National Education Association launched Read Across America in 1998 as a year-round program to celebrate reading.
Dr. Seuss’ birthday was March 2 and was declared Read Across America Day, which kicks off Read Across America Week and Read Across America Month.
