Rep. Case Opposes Legislation Impeding Rights of Homeschoolers

Homeschooling is a fundamental right in our state. This bill fails to address its stated goals, offering no clear connection between past tragedies and the new reporting requirements it imposes. This isn’t about keeping children safe, it’s about control. Families who choose homeschooling deserve better.
