Torrington – State Representative Jay Case (R-63) announced that the Connecticut Department of Transportation has awarded $3,565,408 to the City of Torrington for continued rehabilitation of Migeon Avenue.
“This funding is a major win for Torrington,” said Rep. Case. “Migeon Avenue is a key route for residents and businesses, and these improvements will enhance safety, accessibility, and traffic flow. I’m proud to have supported this important project.”
The grant will help advance pavement upgrades, drainage repairs, and pedestrian improvements along the corridor. A project timeline will be released by the City in the coming weeks.
