Winsted – State Rep. Jay Case visited with residents at Chestnut Grove and Greenwoods Garden on Valentine’s Day. The valentines were made by students from Colebrook Consolidated School and Mary P. Hinsdale School in Winsted! The residents really appreciated the cards and uplifting notes that were written on them.
