WINSTED – State Rep. Jay Case (R-Winsted) had the privilege of participating in CT State Northwestern’s recent Legislative Breakfast. Case was joined by fellow lawmakers and higher education administrators. “It was a great opportunity to speak with students and hear firsthand how their college experiences are enriching their education and personal growth. I’m grateful to those who took the time to share their stories—it truly highlighted the invaluable role the college plays in our community. Along with hearing from students, we also provided a legislative update, focusing on funding for the college system and its impact on enhancing the student experience,” said Case.
Case currently serves as a member of the legislatures Higher Education and Employment Committee.
The current legislative session will adjourn in June of 2024.
