WINSTED – To help motivate children to read, State Rep. Jay Case (R-Winsted) was invited to Winsted’s Mary P. Hinsdale School. On Wednesday morning Case visited with kindergarteners and read, “The Rainbow Fish,” by Marcus Pfister. “It’s always encouraging to visit with students and talk to them about what they’re learning in class. The students were highly engaged and had great questions about the book we read together. I look forward to visiting with them again soon,” said Case.
