THE PROJECT
The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced that a resurfacing project will be performed on Route 77 in Durham beginning TODAY, May 23.The project consists of resurfacing 2.29 miles of Rt. 77 in Durham and is scheduled to occur between May 23 and June 2.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Rt. 77 from the Guilford Town Line to Rt. 17 (New Haven Ave). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
