Representative Vincent Candelora to appear on NBC 30 show “Connecticut Newsmakers”
Representative Vincent Candelora will be a guest this Sunday, April 18th at 6:00 AM on “Connecticut Newsmakers,” a NBC channel 30 show hosted by chief political correspondent Tom Monahan. The weekly show highlights state issues and government leaders. This week, Rep. Candelora will talk about the newly revealed Republican 2011 state budget plan. At a news conference this last Tuesday, Republicans revealed on April 15th, commonly known as tax day, their plan for a state budget that erases the projected $736 million deficit for 2011 without raising taxes or cutting aid to municipalities and schools.
