HARTFORD--House Republicans, led by Rep. Vincent Candelora, held a news conference today about Gov. Lamont's plan to have state government facilitate a vaccine passport program in Connecticut while also urging legislative Democrats to hold the governor accountable by demanding more information about his initiatives.
