I’m pleased to announce that a grant in the amount of $75,000 was awarded to the town of Wallingford for Transit-Oriented Development planning.
The funds were approved by the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) last week, to be used for a master plan around the train station.
This grant will serve to provide a safer and more efficient means of transportation to both residents and visitors.
Investing in our transportation network will improve our quality of life and promote economic vitality in Wallingford and the surrounding towns.
