Pizza & Policy in New Milford

State Rep. Patrick Callahan joined Reps. Martin Foncello and Cindy Harrison, and State Senator Stephen Harding for an informative Pizza and Policy event at Italia Mia in New Milford last week.

The legislators interacted with about 50 concerned residents who discussed the state budget, state spending and taxes, electric vehicles (EVs), sanctuary state and city concerns, exempting veterans with disability from more taxes and fees, Veterans Administration (VA) concerns, Red Flag Laws – do they work in CT and why don’t other states have them – tailgating, gun control, local zoning control, and other topics.
