Rep. Seth Bronko was born and raised in Naugatuck, CT. He attended Naugatuck public schools before graduating from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Business Management-Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications.

After completing his education, Seth co-founded Bronko Construction with his dad. In 2020, he became a licensed real estate agent. He has remained committed to serving his community throughout his professional career and has served on several boards, including the Naugatuck Finance Board, Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, Naugatuck Valley Health District, and the Naugatuck Education Foundation.

In his free time, Seth enjoys golfing, drumming, and spending time with his family. He is married to Caitlin and they have a son, Jonathan, and a daughter, Julianne.

Seth was first elected as the State Representative for the 70th CT House District in 2022 and prior to the 2025 legislative session was appointed Ranking Member of the General Assembly’s Higher Education and Employment Advancement Committee by House Republican Leader State Representative Vincent Candelora (R-86).

He is dedicated to representing his constituents and advocating for policies that will benefit the community, such as initiatives to strengthen education, create jobs, and support small businesses. Seth is passionate about serving his community and improving the lives of those around him.
