Rep. Bolinsky promotes area career fair

I would like to inform you about an upcoming career fair sponsored by the Connecticut Department of Labor (DOL) and the Danbury Chamber of Commerce.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 12 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Ethan Allen Hotel, located at 21 Lake Avenue Extension, Danbury.

The fair will feature dozens of local employers, and also offers job seeking resources, including:

Nationally certified resume writers available for resume critiquing

Information on education and job training programs

Access to CT JobCentral – the DOL’s electronic job matching system – which is part of the nation’s largest internet employment network

Veterans services specialists

Career opportunities available with State Agencies
