Governor Delays Phase 3 Reopening Indefinitely

Earlier this week, Governor Lamont announced that his administration would be delaying the state’s Phase 3 reopening – which would have included bars and increased outdoor event capacity to 250 people – indefinitely.

This delay is indefinite and comes as a precaution, as several other states have seen surges in COVID-19 cases.

As a reminder, the state maintains a web portal with up-to-date information on COVID-19 case rates and fatalities.
