HARTFORD – State Representative Mitch Bolinsky (R-106) participated in Realtor Day at the State Capitol on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Realtors from across the state, including Newtown, held a rally to express challenges to Connecticut’s housing market and also met with several state legislators. Rep. Bolinsky said, “Our realtors provide a first-hand insight on the trends of home ownership. Unfortunately, there has been a severe increase, in the recent years, of people leaving Connecticut and a decrease in potential homeowners coming here. It is imperative that I, and the entire General Assembly, begin to support the efforts of our realtors so there is a viable market for them to operate in.”
