    HARTFORD- With the General Assembly hosting hundreds of Girl Scouts celebrating Girl Scout Day at the State Capitol on April 29th, state Rep. Mitch Bolinsky (R-106) and state Senator Tony Hwang (R-28) presented an official state citation to Newtown resident Paige Simms, who achieved the second highest honor available from the Girl Scouts of America: “The Silver Award”. In addition to having lunch with Paige, Rep. Bolinsky also was pinned with a Girl Scout pin becoming an honorary member of the Capitol Corp of the Girl Scouts.
