HARTFORD – On Wednesday, Representative Mitch Bolinsky (R-Newtown) attended a “Lunch With Your Legislators” event as part of Connecticut Girl Scouts Day at the State Capitol.

Rep. Bolinsky met with several girl scouts, including some from Sandy Hook, during the luncheon. The scouts visited the Capitol to speak with their legislators about state government and learn more about the legislative process.

“The Girls Scouts of America is a wonderful organization that instills confidence in our girls and teaches them to be strong leaders,” said Rep. Bolinsky. “It was great to see so many inspiring young women here at the Capitol today speaking about their service projects and experience with the Girl Scouts. I wish them all the best in their future scouting endeavors!”
