HARTFORD – Members of the Connecticut General Assembly were sworn-in on Wednesday, January 4, as the state legislature convened its 6-month law-making period. State Rep. Mark Anderson (R-Granby) was sworn in for his second term representing the 62nd Assembly District, comprised of Barkhamsted, Granby, Hartland, and New Hartford.
“I look forward to beginning our legislative work this session. I will continue to advocate for policies that help foster a more affordable Connecticut so that families can prosper, and businesses will be inclined to open their doors and thrive here,” said Anderson.
For the upcoming session, Anderson will serve on the Commerce, Environment, and Veterans’ committees.
“Representing the people and businesses of the 62nd District continues to be a great honor. I encourage you to reach out to me over the course of the legislative session should you have any questions or comments about state issues,” said Anderson.
