Bridge Deck Strip Patch Membrane Overlay (SPMO) Program on I-84 in Danbury

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a bridge deck strip patch membrane overlay project will begin on I-84 in Danbury on April 8, 2024. Depending on location, traffic patterns will be set at either 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. This project consists of the rehabilitation of eleven (11) bridges from Exits 3 to 7 on I-84 in Danbury. The project scope consists of milling, drainage upgrades, concrete deck repairs, and paving.
