    PROSPECT–State Rep. Lezlye Zupkus will join with state Sen. Joe Markley to host a town hall-style forum here to talk about issues that could be tackled during the 2014 legislative session. The event, to be held Jan. 15 at Town Hall, begins at 6:30 p.m. and runs to 8 p.m. It will be inside the Assembly Room. The legislative session begins Feb. 5.
