PROSPECT — State Rep. Lezlye Zupkus visited folks at the senior center recently to provide a bit of information about what transpired during the 2013 legislative session, with topics including the state budget, a controversial proposal to reduce drug-free zones around schools, and Connecticut’s struggles with unfunded pension liabilities. She also invited a representative from the state’s Office of the Healthcare Advocate, who provided the lunchtime crowd of roughly 70 people with information about various programs and services available to them.
