PROSPECT—More than two dozen people went to Town Hall recently to talk to state Rep. Lezlye Zupkus about issues that shaped the 2013 legislative session. She held similar events in both Bethany and Cheshire. Among the topics Prospect residents asked Zupkus and state Sen. Joe Markley about were state spending, gun-related bills, driver’s licenses for undocumented immigrants, taxes, education funding for local schools, and Connecticut’s stalled economy.
