    State Rep. Lezlye Zupkus (R-89) was on hand to congratulate the winners at this year’s Connecticut State Police Awards Ceremony.  Zupkus, Ranking Member of the legislature’s Public Safety committee, congratulated the troopers, municipal officers, and civilians for their bravery in action.
