    State Rep. Lezlye Zupkus (R-89) congratulated Prospect resident Jane Pinho on being named ‘Mother of the Year’.

    Pinho was honored with the award by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, an international organization credited with the founding of Mother’s Day.  Rep. Zupkus presented the award to Pinho during the ceremony.
