    State Representative Lezlye Zupkus (R-Prospect) recently stopped to share birthday wishes with Prospect resident Elizabeth Volmar.

    Zupkus presented Volmar with a citation from the General Assembly in celebration of her 100th birthday.  Mayor Bob Chatfield was also on hand to share birthday wishes on behalf of the town of Prospect.
