On December 22nd state Senator Joe Markley (R-Southington) and state Representative Lezlye Zupkus (R-Prospect) rang the bell for the Salvation Army at Oliver’s Supermarket in Prospect.
“Once again the community of Prospect demonstrated the true spirit of the season by giving to those in need, ensuring a Merrier Christmas for all,” said Rep. Zupkus. “My thanks to everyone who came by and made the season brighter.”

“It was wonderful seeing the generous people of Prospect come out and support the needy in our community at Christmas time,” said Senator Markley. “I want to thank Len Noble and Oliver’s supermarket for hosting this event.”
