Join Area Legislators for a Breast Cancer Awareness Forum

HARTFORD- In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, State Representative Lezlye Zupkus (R-89) & State Senator George Logan (R-17) with Special Guest House Republican Leader Themis Klarides (R-114) will be hosting an informational forum about Breast Cancer on October 7th.

DATE: Monday, October 7
TIME: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
LOCATION: Lakeview Lodge, 265 Beacon Road in Bethany

The forum will include information on early detection, treatment, and recently passed legislation regarding detection options.

Forum panelists will include:

Dr. Andrew Lawson, Radiologist, Waterbury Hospital
Lynette White, Survivor
Kristen Wajdowicz Marquis, Survivor

All three lawmakers invite interested area residents to attend to forum.
