With the legislature’s 2016 session now underway, State Rep. Lezlye Zupkus is asking residents for feedback on the governor’s Transportation Finance Panel recommendations.
Over the last year, Gov. Malloy has talked about improving the state’s transportation grid through his 30-year, $100 billion Let’s Go CT! initiative.
A panel was created to recommend proposals to generate Special Transportation Fund revenue to pay for some of the governor’s “key preservation and repair projects,” such as tolls, the gas tax and I-95.
Rep. Zupkus wants to hear from the residents of Prospect, Cheshire, and Bethany about what they believe should be transportation priorities.
To fill out the quick survey please go to: 2016 TRANSPORTATION SURVEY HERE or visit Rep. Zupkus’ website: www.repzupkus.com and click the transportation feature.
For questions or comments on any state or local issue, please contact Rep. Zupkus’ office at 800-842-1423 or email lezlye.zupkus@housegop.ct.gov.
