(HARTFORD) — During a Planning and Development Committee meeting, Ranking Member and State Representative Joe Zullo (R-East Haven), notably responded to concerns on Senate Bill 149: An Act Concerning Foreclosure, Assignment and other Enforcement Actions for Unpaid Sewer Assessments and other Fees and Charges.
