Hartford – The State of Connecticut has launched its 2021 Tax Amnesty program. To learn more about the program, you can visit GetRightCt.com. The program runs from November 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022. The program provides a 75% reduction in interest and waives penalties and the possibility of criminal prosecution to those who have not filed, have under reported or have existing liabilities related to taxes owed to the State for any tax period ending on or before December 31, 2020.

HARTFORD – The Connecticut Business Industry Association (CBIA) recently released its 2021 legislative voting record scores. CBIA represents hundreds of businesses throughout Connecticut and advocates to the legislature on their behalf. The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a single-lane closure on Interstate 95 (I-95) Northbound and Southbound over Lake Saltonstall in East Haven beginning October 15…
The project consists of rehabilitating the existing bridge and roadway over Lake Saltonstall. Improvements include bridge deck repair, joint replacement, and repaving both Northbound and Southbound Lanes of I-95 between Exits 52-53.
