Ever wonder what it's like behind the scenes in a busy restaurant kitchen? Well, I'll be the first to let you know, it’s a blast!!!
This week, I had a chance to resume my 'Put Your Legislator to Work' initiative at the the Brick Cantina Mexican Restaurant in Hebron. I was able to not only serve up some of their delicious cocktails thanks to the teachings of their bartender Stefano, but also shadow Chef Isaac in the kitchen and learn how to make some of their signature dishes. They have a terrific menu and after I had completed my shift, Allegra and I had a chance to sit down for a delicious meal.
