4th Graders from Andover Elementary Highlight American Spirit Through Artwork

In recognition of America’s 250th birthday, State Representative Weir's office coordinated with Andover Elementary School to have students create a patriotic poster that demonstrates what the American spirit means to them.

 "I can’t begin to describe how creative and artistic the 4th graders posters were. I was thoroughly impressed with not only their designs but just how supportive and happy they were for each other when the 1st 2nd and 3rd place winners were selected," Rep. Weir said.
