This afternoon, State Representative Donna Veach joined other local and state leaders along with members of Connecticut's federal delegation for the groundbreaking of ‘The Kensington,” a 70-unit affordable senior housing complex located at the former Knights of Columbus building on Percival Avenue in Berlin.
"To get to where we are today took some time, so I’m thrilled for the partnership between the Town of Berlin, Vesta Corporation, state partners, and everyone else who played a part in this important development," Rep. Veach said.
