Rep. Veach Attends Wreaths Across America Fundraiser to Raise Money for the Laying of Wreaths

When it comes to helping our veterans, I am always willing to do whatever I can to give back. This weekend I had an opportunity to join so many others in attending a fundraising event to support Wreaths Across America.

The money raised during DAV Chapter 8 Wreaths Across America of New Britain's Wine & Beer Fest will help fund the annual laying of the wreaths ceremony at Fairview cemetery that takes place on December 13.

Events like this one wouldn't be possible or as successful if it wasn't for the contributions of so many. Special thanks to the volunteers, the VFW, the dozens of sponsors and vendors for a wonderful event.
