Newtown Representatives to Host Pizza & Policy Chat

Posted on July 5, 2022

NEWTOWN – State Reps. Mitch Bolinsky (R-106) and Tony Scott (R-112) will be hosting a legislative review at Carminuccio’s Pizza, on the patio at 76 South Main Street in Newtown on Tuesday, July 12th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.  The event is open to the public.

Reps. Bolinsky and Scott are two-thirds of Newtown’s State House of Representatives delegation, which also includes Rep. Allie-Brennan, whose schedule could not accommodate this event date.

Your House delegation wants to know what is on the minds of town residents when it comes to important state issues of interest or having direct impact on us all. Highlights of 2022’s “Major Public Acts” document, prepared by the Office of Legislative Research, will also be reviewed. This publication summarizes significant legislation passed in the 2022 session and, may be previewed by clicking here.

Reps. Bolinsky and Scott hope to see you there and look forward to a lively discussion and pizza!
